IMDT 1 DAY CONSULTATION SKILLS

Attended the course today (5/7/20) and found it very informative. Laura and Fiona are great facilitators as they always bring an element of humour to the courses they provide, are very professional in their approach and are experienced trainers able to answer all those burning questions you might have. Hi Ladies, I just wanted to give you both a MASSIVE thank you for Sunday’s course. A few things you said really hit home. To not undervalue the trade is so important. I always worried about value for money so I tried to give too much info and stay too long. Both are counterproductive. I’m going to totally change how I conduct my consultations and my fee. I was never really in a position to ask and get this kind of help and information being such a sensitive subject so again thank you.
